Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to physical addresses. Any shipments outside of South Africa are not available at this time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within a or 1 business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on weekends.

 Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered.

You can add delivery instructions at the checkout page when making a purchase. 

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 business days and delivery confirmed by way order number.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Bio Sculpture is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Bio Sculpture will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0% administration fee, but a return due to incorrect order placed will attract a 10% administration fee.

Shipping Cost 

The cost of your delivery will verify depending on your location, size of package, and choice of shipping.
